You may select any server to download the masm32 project but you may get a faster download by selecting one that is closer to where you live. Version 9.0 is presented in two versions, the ones at the links below are for Win2000 and later OS versions, at the bottom of this page is a link to the version for Win9x series OS versions. They differ only in the installation method.
